"DOI MOI" REFITS

Dear Colleagues,

Please see the attachment of the special team's work route and new fixtures layout change plan as follows:
- The team will work with the CDC department to arrange transportation schedules, prepare full equipment at the Warehouse for these stores in 2 days 04-05th of April
- The plan is to follow the order of priority stores and will start in Da Nang area on 6th April and is expected to complete 11 stores in 15 days on 20th April.
- There are 3 stores S030, S083 & S117 that will receive Skin Units from the CDC and Mr. Quân will coordinate and guide the store staff to arrange these Skin units according to the new Fixture layout.
- Regarding to move the checkout counter to another location of the store. Mr. Binh - MIS will support to change the layout of 2 stores S045 and S050.

Due to the importance of the project, it is recommended that the relevant departments please fully support the team to complete project on schedule..
